They were very patient with me! I help manage a building with three apartments. First, I didn't have the lockbox with the keys ready for them and when they tried to call I hadn't realized that my phone was on silent from the night before (stupid me, I know!). So these guys had to wait for me to realize my mistake and call back which was about 25 mins. We kept hearing something in our attic during the day. My son was afraid at bedtime because of the noises above his room. Beau came out and found where the rodent was entering from the outside, by the air conditioner. Brantley was reasonably priced and quick. The best part...they were successful. No more rodent! Thanks.

Very professional customer service starting from the moment I called into the office. You can always tell a lot about a company by the friendly customer service right from the beginning with Barb. After having one of the expert salesmen come out to check on our termite damage I was told that we have Drywood Termites. We just purchased our home,moved in and found out we have termites! After interviewing several companies we chose Brantley because they use a Verifume process that ensures and notifies us of every step in the fumigation. We knew who was in our home and when every time the home was accessed.
