Brantley tented my fiance's house where we both live. The guys doing the tenting were unprofessional. We have cameras throughout our house where the guys could be see looking directly into the cameras. So the cameras are not hidden in any way. These guys could be heard complaining about the house smelling. Not the end of the world but unprofessional. I couldn’t be more happy with choosing this company. One of their associates who stuck out the most to me was Megan. She was very professional and kind. You could tell that she loved what she did and was eager to help educate my family about the problem that was going on. I have been employed by Brantley for nearly 10 years. Brantley is a family owned company that truly cares about not only their employees, but also their customers. Brantley termite and pest control has been my pest control company for years. The employees in the office have been nothing but helpful and friendly to me, I am very appreciate. I’ve recently had a technician come out by the name of Mike and he was very unprofessional, when he was in my home I just felt very uncomfortable. He was just all around RUDE. Very unprofessional company. Getting fumigation done? Ask about background checks on employees beforehand, several are without licenses, and ex criminals.
