Brantley termite and pest control has been my pest control company for years. The employees in the office have been nothing but helpful and friendly to me, I am very appreciate. I’ve recently had a technician come out by the name of Mike and he was very unprofessional, when he was in my home I just felt very uncomfortable. He was just all around RUDE. Very unprofessional company. Getting fumigation done? Ask about background checks on employees beforehand, several are without licenses, and ex criminals.
They were very patient with me! I help manage a building with three apartments. First, I didn't have the lockbox with the keys ready for them and when they tried to call I hadn't realized that my phone was on silent from the night before (stupid me, I know!). So these guys had to wait for me to realize my mistake and call back which was about 25 mins. Then, when I got there one of the keys to the apartment wasn't right so they had to wait for the key to arrive. Ugh, it was a disaster and it was my fault. So I know that these... read more
