There is a stunning lack of professionalism and accountability as well as disrespect for the customer (at least in my case). Purchased a 2024 Honda Civic and of course they give you the free oil changes for so many miles. The kicker is when you come to get your oil changed it takes 2 to 4 hours before you can leave with your car. Such a joke.

Since I am not local to the area, I appreciated how I could handle the purchase of my new 2025 Honda Odyssey Touring over the phone and through email. Hank responded quickly and provided the information I needed to complete the purchase the next day. Hank did a great job bringing me up to speed with the many new features of the car and I even got to enjoy a BBQ lunch that they had that day. Everything went very smoothly at the dealership and I was soon driving my new vehicle back home. Very happy!
