I had a great experience trading in my car and getting a new Pilot last week! As a Carvana shopper for our last 2 trades and purchases, I hadn’t been to a dealership in a while. But I went in with limited time and had exactly the car I wanted in mind. No one was pushy and everyone was friendly and helpful from the time I walked through the door.
