Brandy and her staff were great the first appointment. Caring and thorough. I got a diagnosis and was told they would get me on a medication in the next few months, shouldn’t be longer than 3. That I HAD to have this medication or I would keep Declining. It has now been 15 months, and they are doing nothing. I mean nothing. Very well managed.
Brandy is the Best Thyroid doctor in Chattanooga . I was never able to keep my levels stable after removal of Thyroid with-in 3 weeks of my first visit with her I was back to normal levels and filling so much better. Highly recommend her to anyone with thyroid issues. She is amazing.
After waiting a very long time to have this appointment, I was extremely heartbroken and disappointed when I left. I was hoping to finally get answers. This female doctor didn’t give me the time of her day to listen to any of my concerns. Unfortunately I had to pay out of pocket $150 (lapse of coverage, waiting on my husbands new job insurance to kick in) and I was in there maybe 5-10 minutes.. definitely not enough time for her to know what I had going on at a new patient appointment.
