RecommendedThe staff was very courteous and caring. Every doctor and nurse including the janitors was so friendly. I have NO COMPLAINTS at all. As a heart patient being stressed and frustrated was the last thing I needed and believe me I never was. The surgeon who did my stents and staff was superb! I was there last week and admitted over night. The staff really cares and I knew I was in good hands during a scary time. I only waited about 2 mins before being taken to the back. The drs and especially the nurses made me feel safe and in good hands. . i cant thank them enough!! bless you all💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓 my only suggestion is to get a nurse to do the check in outside because they wanted to make me wait in line while potentially about to have a heart attack. security shouldn't be in charge of letting people in.... read more
To over crowded , the staff is rude and treats you like trash. I went in for a kidney stone and they accused me of lieing. There lucky I don't sue!
I noticed encouraging signs for nurses/hospital staff when I drove by the other day. It was nice to see the support from our community! When I drove by today they were gone. What happened to them? Shouldn’t we be showing support to our frontline healthcare providers during such a trying time? People who are risking their lives to care for people and the “little” encouragement they get right now is taken down? I think the community deserves an explanation. The outpatient registration told me to wait when I was bleeding everywhere after passing my baby in the bathroom. They need to train them to better understand crying grieving mothers who are bleeding and telling them that I need a nurse now and they tell me I have to wait. A big thanks to the screening nurses who helped me. And a bigger thanks to the one who got me to the bathroom! The nurses there are worth their weight in gold. They are very rude at this hospital they are very disrespectful to there patients and their families
Everyone at BRH is nice and will go out of their way to assist you. My wife has had three surgeries there and everyone is fantastic.
