The worst & most heartless people following the ridiculous rules set by the hospital that don't seem to care about how important that a wife has to be with her very sick husband who's had 3 brain surgeries, 12 spinal taps & 2 vp adjustable shunts put in his brain over the course of 16 years, he's 1also survived meningitis which was 2 forms of Ecole in his brain & stomach so he doesn't remember much well long story short even though I'm his care giver & his power of attorney they won't let me be with him because of this covid... read more
This facility (I refuse to call it a hospital) failed miserably when I was taken there several years ago. They treated me for a drug overdose for 4 hours leaving me in a hallway. I have NEVER even smoked pot and simply had a horrible migraine. They treated me for an overdose because I had an active prescription for Vicodin because of a back injury. I use to rave about this hospital. I understand covid19 however the experience the last few times has not been so great . Check in today was horrible. The check in person spoke poor English and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. She was focused on the checklist, and I get it, and I was asked what I had already told her. It was for my Mom who was struggling to breath. She completed both forms and then we were allowed to enter after the screening. I was told to take her over to the right and I needed a pass. I saw Pravinchandra Zala in 2017 after having several what I called low pulse rate events. When I entered Brandon Hospital emergency room my rate was 38 and I am not a runner and they immediately assigned Nuro because of the TIA I had in 2015. They admitted me and ran several test but once again found nothing. RecommendedWhen someone is recovering from open heart surgery they need to not hand them a cell phone as soon as the start talking. Let them recover. Very upset about this.

I think it is pretty crappy that you would have a whole floor with no AC. Tower A floor 5 has no air at all. Here you have patient you keep putting on the floor after surgery with no air. You should be ashamed of yourself!!
