Very disappointing. If you’re looking for an impersonal, assembly line approach to your case, then this firm might be a good fit. I wasted a year with them and never had a conversation with an actual attorney about the feasibility of my case. Only paralegals who had no idea regarding the merits of the case and whether it was worth pursuing.
