Took my truck in to have the windows tinted, specifically asked that a novice doesn't attempt it because I've had creases in the tint from there once before. Lo and behold, found several creases at pick up. The salesman was helpful and offered to have the tint replaced immediately. Second attempt was worse than the first so I opted to have them remove the windshield tint and refund my money. I would've been satisfied with that except my truck was left filthy where they spilled the liquid for applying the tint on the dashboar... read more

dropped my car off there last night to have them do a tint job today. I showed up just before close to pick up my car, was told there was an issue. apparently the tint guy left early and he allowed his"backup tint" guy to work on my car. I wouldn't care who works in my car as long as it is a quality job. what I received back from ziebart today could not be described as anything less than vandalism to my car. not only was the tint extremely bubbled, not all windows were done, but it was obvious that the night before an employ... read more

I bought a rust warranty 10 years ago. I had the truck inspected every year for 10 years. I scheduled my yearly appointment April 22.The truck needs repair. My warranty is DENIED because I can not locate my original paperwork. Neither local or corporate Ziebart keep records of your warranty.Double whammy.
