Brought my car in at the appointment time for a remote car start and a buff out of scratch. Was very specific with technician that I need car back by 3 pm or I needed to make other arrangements to get to work. Called store at 2:15 to check on progress was put on hold for 6 minutes and then told that it would be ready by 3 pm. Went at 3:20 to pick car up and girl at front checked on it and said it would not be ready till 6.
