The sales woman, Amanda, deserves mad props. That woman deserves a raise! She could not have been more helpful and made the experience better than we could've ever imagined. The service manager, was very honest and helpful as well. Highly reccomend.
We purchased a demo Tahoe with very few miles from Ryan only to find out today the vehicle has previously been wrecked. This was not disclosed to us and now that we are trading it in we are losing money. Absolutely shady and would not recommend anyone purchase from here.
I was in the Monroe Location while the floor manager continually YELLED “No you aren’t” from his office at a service employee who tried to put up keys. The employee didn’t argue back he just put the keys up then went back to explain to the manager why he needed to put the keys to the car he just washed away. No apology just an “oh”. I think it’s important to treat everyone with respect and acknowledge your mistakes.
We recently moved to Hot Springs. I have ALWAYS dealt with Tracy Smith in your Service Department or I have always followed him. He has always taken care of me and I cannot say more about how much that is appreciated than now. Now that I have moved and don’t have my Tracy, I realize how spoiled he made me. Customer Service, true Customer Service in your corporate organization needs to be passed on to other dealerships! Casey and Annie were very professional and took excellent care of me with an issue I had on my 2015 Silverado pickup ..they made sure it was handled and that I was happy..I really appreciate all they did and the mechanics did to resolve this. Thank you!
