I actually found they will lie to you in a heartbeat. I was looking online to see if I would qualify for a loan because I knew I had some serious credit. So when they said to come down to loook but when I got there they wouldn't do the credit unless I was 100 percent sure I wanted the vehicle. First time at the dealership, had to bring our 2008 Uplander for a new battery. After two and ahalf hours of waiting when my three yrd old was getting fussy and inpatient I asked for a update. I was told they didnt have the correct one in stock and was waiting for one to be delivered but didn't know when. I was there three and a half hours to have a battery changed and was very difficult with a small child.
