My experience with the purchase of my vehicle was wonderful. Our salesman was super! BUT our experiences since then with the Service Department have been horribly disappointing. There have been countless times that I make appointments and they don't show up. Once they do have my vehicle, very seldom is it done without problems for us afterwards and they don't have it done when its supposed to be done. Found a nail in my tire today. I had just enough air to make it to Ryan. They took it right in and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Great service and a low price for the patch. GREAT job! I did buy the car there originally but they could have made me wait.
