Went to Ryan for a recall on my truck and the people there were very nice excellent service in and out in no time thanks guys
I don't mind my sells experience but I'm strongly displeased with the service dept. Being a first time customer to the service dept, I did not know how the process worked and was treated like an idiot for not knowing their process.
Bought my vehicle not even two months ago and already having to take it in for an oil leak. Had an appointment this morning for 9 am and it never even got looked at. They said the appointment is not for ypur vehicle to go jnto the shop but for you to get in line behind the cars already there. I warned not go to Ryan Chevrolet but I did it anyways. I will from now on go to the Rayville or Ruston dealership.
