Great Service personnel and a good experience..
This was my first time taking my GMC vehicle to the dealership and I did not know what to expect. I was greeted by several employees who seemed to be very concerned about the issues I was having with my vehicle. I recommend that they continue with the same level of care they provided during my visit. My vehicle was in the shop about a week and Ms. Annie called me daily to give me an update. I was very pleased with my experience. Ms. Annie is awesome!!!!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation today by appointment, I noticed my passenger rear tire was a slightly low (no tire light on) BUT KNEW they would check it and, if needed, they would let me know if something was wrong. I was called about needing two new filters. I advised it was fine to proceed with replacement, and I also was advised I would be needing new tires in the next couple months BUT THAT WAS IT.
