My car sat there for 2 days because a recall was sent to me in the mail only for them to tell me 2 days later the set my card did not qualify because my mileage was 10000 miles over the limit then they charge me over $100 just to do a diagnostic and I provided the codes to them when I drop the car off to make sure they knew that my codes matched what the recall said I am so pissed I can hardly see straight!!! This happened this week I'm going to get my car now. 9-16-20

Awesome experience!!! And I honestly can not say enough good things about our salesman Mr. Alen Shipp. He was so nice and he got us in and out with a great car for my nephew in no time! I highly recommend Ryan Auto and I highly recommend Mr. Alen as well!
