Apparently u have to be dying to actually see a dr now. They didnt even do any test but they discharge and move you to a tiny room to wait. Worst service ever. But they sure wanna charge you quick for your visit.

This has been an awesome experience! under the circumstances of being so far away from home and having to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night, not knowing anything about the hospital other than it was the closest to you at the time. We have been so pleased with the whole experience! We ended up getting admitted into the hospital and my husband had his gall bladder out by an excellent surgeon, Doctor Ross. Once home I had just laid down to try and rest, then all heck broke loose. From that point forward was a fight to make it to see my family again!!! I started bleeding from my nose and mouth with no way of stopping it. I get to hospital emergency room to the register nurse to be given a wheelchair as to not pass out on the floor from blood loss. Then as the girls gets on phone to get help I am place in front of doors only to be left there to bleed to death with no help coming!!! My husband trying to get me in back and nobody ... read more
.I live in Houston and my mom lives in Ingram. We were there for about 2 weeks. During those two weeks Acute Rehab went over and beyond my expectations with the care for my mom Dr. Foster and her staff being so kind and patient with her, to her favorite nurse Allen, to the sweet tech. James. Thank you James for making my mother laugh, and feel less nervous about her stay, and heating her corn bag you were a gem. Acute Rehab is unbelievable with their super care. The nurses, therapist and Cherie the social worker were above and beyond helpful. Every single time I was visiting her the care far surpassed what I have seen at other hospitals. Melinda even helped answer some questions I had after hours. I have absolutely no complaints about this amazing hospital. I would highly recommend this facility Thank you to every single person who cared for My Mom.

Alittled frustrated there were two serious patients being sent by helicopter and many police trying to Calm a situation in ER - which made me have to wait longer than usual. I was vomiting and in significant pain - when I finally made it back the doctor saw me pretty quickly and ordered meds For severe dehydration and pain which the took about 1.5 hours to receive - the ER ran out of the pain med and had to wait for pharmacy to bring some. Wasn’t the best of time at this point it was shift change.
