We were in Kerrville for the Memorial Day weekend when our son very suddenly started experiencing stomach and lower abdominal pain. We took him to the ER at Peterson Regional. I must say they saw us very quickly and the nurses and doctors were very kind and professional. My son is only 8 years old and has never had a blood draw, IV, or CAT scan; all of which were required this particular visit. 2nd floor surgery unit has great people who balance professionalism and humanity very well. Everyone preformed their job with a high level of knowledgeable, skill, effectiveness.
From the greeter at the main entrance, to the cashier, to the receptionist in x-ray imaging, to the folks that performed the nuclear stress test, it was a display of excellent customer service. I noticed every employee without fail introduced themselves and engaged in conversation with all of the patients. Just a friendly and professional atmosphere.
