My most recent maintenance visit to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was easy and pleasant. I like to work with Xavier Martinez, who has offered attention to details and excellent communication in the past. He was as wonderful as always, getting me in even without an appointment and setting me up with a loaner car. I was able to get my car back later that day, with all of the work done, cleaned and ready to go.

Service department is excellent! From making an appointment to getting a loaner and the work done, everything goes very smoothly. This is the only place I’d take my car.
