Unfortunately it has come to this..... had my 05 CL55AMG taken to the service center December 18th. January 2nd I am informed it is ready for pick up. Upon starting the car and inspecting I find 3 additional problems that were not present when I dropped the car off. I will post updates as this process continues...

We had a wonderful experience with Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. Larry picked us up at Reagan and we were on the road two hours later. They are a 5 Star first class operation!

We are beginning our 13th year of doing business with Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, and its just gets better. We have two M-B's, a C300 and an S550, and require mainly routine servicing because they are just really good cars. When we do visit, our service advisor for the last couple of years, Cesar Cardona, is always available, always knowledgeable, always friendly and always making such visits pleasant.
