We discovered that we had a flat tire due to a nail puncture over the NYE weekend and my husband took the car to Mercedes Benz of Alexandria on Jan. 2. David Getachew in the Service Dept. is the man! David has been our Service Advisor for all the maintenance needs (preventative n repair) of both of our SUVs. He kept us abreast of everything going on, what we needed, and the most effective and economical means to achieve them

He kept us abreast of everything going on, what we needed and worked to get us out in a timely manner. His demeanor and willingness to help was exceptional! Any and all questions we had were answered with professionalism and very thorough. We left feeling extremely comfortable and knowing this was going to be our new home for the Benz!
