Had THE best service when I took my E Class in for service and a problem I was having. My service consultant, David, was outstanding. He explained what they were going to do, got me a loaner car, called me with a status update of when my car would be ready, and called when my service was complete. I will always take my car to MB of Alexandria...I highly recommend them for purchase and service. A+++++

My recent visit was excellent. The process was smooth: dropped-off of the car, got a loaner, and my vehicle was serviced in the time promised.
