Efficient and straightforward
This is the first time I have been at Flagship motorcars they went out of their way to make sure I get the best deal that I was custom to receive from their sister companies. thank you Nathen, Joe and Paul. With gratitude Jeff
My experience was ok. But i have to say that. They need major "CSR" training. How can that possible someone walking to a car dealership and did not get acknowledge by the sales rep. I found that bizzare. Specially now days. Also, the car was below market value.
Received the answer , too many ancillary emails.
Got back to me right away and followed up with answers to my questions. Would not hesitate to do business with them.
Asked if the car was available, it was. I set up a time to come see it. Wasn’t available anymore. In my opinion shady dealership. Go somewhere else.
Business response:

If you would like to discuss this further, or if I can assist you in looking for another vehicle please give me a call. Thank you, Paul McDaniels, General Manager
