There was a quick response to my inquiry. Only one picture of the car was available but others were promised when officially taken or released. Details about front end damage noted in the Carfax were not disclosed ...only that the vehicle was fully inspected and certified. I think that a good set of photos and a suitable explanation of any past damage to the vehicle will sell it more quickly.

Initial contact was prompt and professional - assume it was a third party service. Told them I wanted the best out-the-door price and that I was paying cash. She said she would forward info to sales manager. Never heard from him/her. Got a follow up email asking if I received info - told them no and to please contact me since I am ready and able to buy. Still nothing and it’s been 6 days. Have asked what the problem is and no response.
Less stressful, more keen that I bought or leased a vehicle than a cpo. I bought the CPO shown above. Have not had the delivery yet , hopefully tomorrow. After a week you may ask me about the real purchase!
Very responsive and informative emails however they didn't mention their no haggle pricing until after several emails were exchanged even though I mentioned a lower price in my first email.

I called to inquire about a car twice. Both times the sales person was rude and not particularly helpful. He was very short on the phone and explained to me on used cars they will not negotiate. It is take or leave not friendly. Since that conversation the car price has been reduced multiple times and now is offered for thousands less. They did not seem to care. I bought a similar car from another dealer.
