We tried hard back and forward . Offered then fair price was told no negotiating. We walked away .next day they lowered price on CarGurus below what we offered day before. But at that time ..I had moved on to better deal

Only buy from this dealer if you are a local and can close the deal, ie, provide payment, the same day you sign a sales agreement. This dealer is not good at internet sales - I signed a sales agreement on a holiday but could not wire the payment until the next day - they sold the car to someone else a few hours later who was a local and wrote a personal check. Not cool.

The price quoted was not the purchase price it 5k above that. including registration 2k and detailing the car. They called it smart pricing. And when I turned down the supervisor called me and asked what I ended up buying. His response was a little disrespectful as he said did you look at consumer report before you made that choice then he quickly hung up. They never want to work with you over the phone they want you to come in and waste your time. These days most of it all can be done over the phone or internet and then you come in and sign away. Not here.

My experience was terrible... I put a call into the GM and he never called me back either. Now I understand why his staff is the way it is

I’m disappointed with how business is conducted at this establishment. At first, it was a pleasure working with the staff. They were considerate, easy to work with, and accommodating to my needs as a customer. Unfortunately, they were not able to carry that level of professionalism to the end of the deal. The staff are unable to communicate clearly and lack transparency. They will agree to one thing, and then double back on that same offer.
