I went to my scheduled appointment, test drove the car and liked it and was considering. Proceeded to sit with the salesperson for about an hour after that while we spoke small talk and nothing about the potential deal. I thought I was waiting for the amount they would offer on my trade-in and talk about numbers, but that never happened, Finally the salesperson went to get me a water, then came back saying, 'well it sold'. Very courteous, helpful and no pressure environment.
HORRIBLE dealership. We drove a car, told him we were 95% sure we will take it. Next day, told them yes, we will get the contract out to me and we will send in a deposit. Radio silence, then 2 hours later texts me and says the car sold at 3:40 2 hours after I agreed to their price and asked for a contract so I can send the deposit. I called the dealer and tried to sort it out and was met with a rude person who said "sorry, nothing I can do, we can't take it away from the buyer now". Well, you took it from me.
