I had a wonderful experience speaking with Alicia at Branchwater Apartments. She was truly a breath of fresh air professional, consistent, and clearly guided by strong core values. I’ve lived here for a little over a year, and I absolutely love it. The maintenance staff is really good about identifying the issue and getting it resolved in a reasonable timeframe. The grounds are always so clean, and you will often see people walking on pretty days. The location is super convenient to publix and Highway 280. I would 10/10 recommend living here to anyone trying to find their next apartment!
Updated 3/5/26- Water issues have been fixed. Bill is about $120/month now. Electricity is around $200-250 a month (summer or winter). The bathrooms are the biggest downside, just kinda crusty. The caulking between the tub and the shower sides was moldy and black the day we moved in. No scrubbing has helped. Aside from that, it has been a good place to live for a short time (2 years). James from maintenance has been outstanding. He’s always professional, respectful, and gets the job done right the first time. He goes above and beyond to make sure issues are fully resolved, explains what he’s doing, and makes sure everything is working properly before he leaves. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. Having someone like James on the maintenance team makes a big difference, and I really appreciate his reliability and attention to detail.
I contacted Alicia, the leasing agent, on a Tuesday to ask about the availability of a 2-bedroom unit. She confirmed it was available and scheduled a tour for Thursday. I arrived with my family for the scheduled visit, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed — and, more importantly, it felt discriminatory.
