I was very excited to call Branchwater my home one day. I desired to live here for over a year. A friend of mine referred this property to me, so my expectations were high. The staff seemed nice at first, but that suddenly changed after I applied. My application was denied and I understand why. However, it was how it was done and how the staff treated me afterwards. Apartment is big and decently priced BUT… water bill is $180-$200 a month. We are one couple, so this seems outrageous. There are ALWAYS problems with the water. Something is always leaking in our apartment, moldy showers, and the water is constantly being worked on and is often turned off. From first glance everything looks updated, but it’s all done very cheaply. Dried dripping white paint, cupboards are covered in a laminate instead of painted, and vents have never been cleaned.
Applied for an apartment and was approved and told I had a place reserved. 1 month later my place is taken and I asked for my deposit back. It has been 4 months since I asked for my deposit back and still haven’t received it after numerous calls and emails with management. Be cautious when applying
