Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Pub, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro. It is named with two things in mind; their 1925 farmstead, Bramble Hill, and the artful agility and cleverness of the Paris cabaret, Lapin Agile, in Steve Martin's play Picasso at Lapin Agile (agile rabbit.) We had a lovely birthday celebration here. So happy to find a restaurant NOT in the "industrial" style. You can actually have an intimate conversation over the yummy and fresh food.
We had a phenomenal experience and cocktails with our bartender Sam.
Incredible cocktails, amazing food, all farm to table and delicious, and awesome service. An incredible place to go.
