Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Pub, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro. It is named with two things in mind; their 1925 farmstead, Bramble Hill, and the artful agility and cleverness of the Paris cabaret, Lapin Agile, in Steve Martin's play Picasso at Lapin Agile (agile rabbit.) Well I had hope but found the food lacking basic seasoning and flavor. Very loud atmosphere- guy at the next table was loud and annoying- just glad they didn’t have music blaring too. Stopped at Taco Bell on the way home.
Having a long list of food allergies, eating out is typically stressful and something I avoid. At Bramble & Hare, Griffin warmly welcomed me and my allergies and a most beautiful and delicious 3-course meal was made that I could enjoy thoroughly. I also felt so tended too when offered shaken club soda with crushed cucumbers or peaches (my pick) in lieu of one of their amazing sounding cocktails which I couldn’t have. The food was yum delish, the service impeccable, the ambience great fun. Can’t wait to go back.

Very professional,knowledgeable and friendly wait staff. The food is amazingly delicious and the bartender is incredibly talented! He can mix a drink with all kinds of alcohol and flavors and make it taste amazing!! The actual location is comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend!!
