Let me start off by saying how hard it is to find good reviews out there. I am taking the time out to write a review because of the exceptional service I have received from Braman Hyundai. I live in broward and had been having trouble finding a dealership to take care of a recall for my Hyundai Tucson for the past year or so. Extremly poor service.. i had made an order for a specific car... i was asked to wait for 2 months and had blocked 1000$ on my credit card... i patiently waiteds,there was no periodic update on my car so i had to follow every time... most cases i would be put on hold and no response..i would reach try to reach out to sales manager - **** ******** but i get no response... After multiple attempts i was told the car was sold to someone else... even though i had made the order and credit card blocked..

Ordered a part a month ago, had to return it (diagrams are backwards), and didn't hear anything back. Called several times and was eventually told their system was down, so I couldn't get a refund or replacement yet. Called since, phone has been left unanswered or someone picks up long enough to hang up.

This place is very misleading and unethical. Don't fall for their listings and don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. We drove a 100 miles with our toddler for 1.5 hours to see a used car that they advertised for 17k. By the time they added all their fees the price was over $23k. We're ok with taxes, registration, and even the high dealer fee but the other ** fees added another 3k and they wouldn't budge.
