Joe and Charlie are straight shooters. More importantly, they're genuinely good people. They have strong knowledge of the market and have mastered prompt customer service. Joe and Charlie were terrific. The brothers are a couple of smart, energetic and fun brokers that took the time to learn and listen to our needs and then were there to work with us throughout the process. The thing I didn't initially appreciate but came to really value beyond was there availability -- in a market where multiple offers were common we needed to move quickly.
