They pulled my BMW into the workshop turned it off…then came to get me to inform me the car that I had just had service by an authorized BMW repair shop wouldn’t start. The labor price was fair, but the parts markup is truly shameful to downright disgusting. Over 100% markup for parts. There is no reason in the world why putting brake shoes and drums on a truck should cost almost $800! It can be done on an 18 wheeler cheaper than that! I will never allow my child to go there again and I surely won’t recommend you for putting brakes on a bicycle!

I came in to bleed my brakes, turns out I had a cracked drum and needed a new cylinder. The guys were super friendly and helpful. Everyone was super patient and answered all the questions I had. I was in and out same day.
I was told several months ago that after 3 oil changes your 4th is free and that it includes all family's vehicles. I come in today for 4th one and guess what? They tell me it's not honored anymore, it's an old policy. All while they have it advertised in their lobby still. Then they dont do the alignment check like they told me they would on the phone when I called. Thanks but I'll take my service else where if this is how your company operates.
