Braise is my favorite Milwaukee restaurant. My husband and I go to Braise every chance we get. The ever changing menu is innovative and encourages me to try new ingredients or preparations. And it's the only restaurant where I can say I have enjoyed absolutely every item I've ever ordered!
This place is legit. Would eat and drink here again. Great pricing and really good food. New favorite and i hope it sticks around for years to come
My hubby does not have a very adventurous palette so I was leery going into Braise for the first time when friends invited us. The menu supplied ample options without being overwhelming and all were familiar foods with exotic twists. I could eat the Pork Buns all day but loved every morsel I sampled, including the green bean garnish on our cheese plate. Even my husband enjoyed items like Sheep Cheese, Brisket, cheese curds and Short Cake. I can't wait to go back!
