RecommendedAttended a Braise (and Co.) farm dinner in Kiel. What a wonderful experience. Lucky enough to be seated next to farmer extraordinaire Steve Deibele who was kind enough to field our city-folk questions all evening. Bringing together Milwaukee’s best and brightest chefs is brilliant. They each rose to the challenge and prepared a delicious and interesting feast. And by the way, did I mention the beer pairings? Thoughtful and spot on! Can’t wait to sign up next summer.

Recommendedpork steamed buns really good..especially that crispy pork. Pork pulled and then fried into a cake with arugula and some type of sauce...which was good but not awesome. But the polenta and mushrooms was the star of the show! Amazing!!
