I love Fatima and the rest of my sisters there. My daughter and I love it here! Very professional, amazing atmosphere, and our hair always looks amazing. The one time I requested the wrong hairstyle (it still came out nice), I expressed my concerns and she quickly fixed my hair. I have never had concerns with communication as others have reported. I had an amazing experience here! I recently cut my hair, but they were still able to braid it beautifully. The braids came out perfect! The staff is very friendly and the environment is extremely clean. My experience was a 10/10. Phatyma’s customer service was outstanding, and Adam, the stylist who did my hair, was incredibly kind and skilled. Highly recommend!
If Fatima herself is braiding your hair, then you will be fine. The other ladies in the shop! Nope! I sat and watched them use as little as possible braiding hair in an attempt to save their products even they are charging so much to do these braids! Booking is impossible she barely answers and when she does answer she’s turning down the appointment for no reason
Tried to book with her as I previously booked with her before when she was located in west haven. Not sure what changed now but response time is late, and this braider is completely unhelpful. I was trying to make an appointment and she told me she can’t do it (last minute took her 3 days of texting just to say she can’t do it) with no valid reason other than “sorry I can’t do that the right way” even though there’s pictures on her instagram of the same style?? unprofessional and over hyped
