Tried to book with her as I previously booked with her before when she was located in west haven. Not sure what changed now but response time is late, and this braider is completely unhelpful. I was trying to make an appointment and she told me she can’t do it (last minute took her 3 days of texting just to say she can’t do it) with no valid reason other than “sorry I can’t do that the right way” even though there’s pictures on her instagram of the same style?? unprofessional and over hyped

Very bad communication and poor response time. Very lazy. So much hassle to get an appointment and she can’t even text back not sure how she can keep clientele

If you want to get your hair done by Phatyma, expect to be ignored for days. It’s like she doesn’t want money or clients. I called and got no response, then I sent her a detailed text message and I was left on read for multiple days. Then, I called her and she told me that she would let me know by the end of the day if she was gonna be able to take braid my hair or not. Never heard from her.
