I had check to pay delayed due a mail issue, called twice showing that i worry for my check not been deposited. Showed up in the office, staff were so respectful and understanding my problem that they decided to wave late payment fee. Be honest I wasn’t expecting that they would wave late fee from me and they did. Thank you so much Braesael management!

This is not a good HOA. The website is very difficult to assess. The link I saved cannot be assessed. Can never get anyone on the phone to assist.
I had to make several calls to management about my Hoa services in regards to lawn maintenance at the Balisdon ranch homes in Lancaster no response after numerous phone calls.No way to treat paying home owners.
