Thought we were working numbers to buy an F150 Platinum but sales guy informed us mid discussion that the vehicle sold and couldn't even give us a number on our 3 year old trade. ? incompetent.

RecommendedService was completely promptly. I had bought in a coupon that had expired and they honored it. I wish Ford would send out more coupons. Staff is friendly. Waiting area is great. Clean, neat. TV. Water and free coffee and soda.

RecommendedI like the dealership for purchasing a car, however they are really expensive for repairs (quotes $700 to replace a side mirror) and although an oil change is supposed to are 45 - 60 minutes, so far that hasn’t happened. On average my appointments have been 90+ minutes.
