Was told that a vehicle we were looking at was still in stock and we drove an hour from West Bend only to be told that they just sold it. After looking at several other dealerships, this seemed to be the most reasonable dealership within reach of where I live. After putting in a simple inquiry however, within a matter of five minutes, I received an email, phone call, a text message and a voicemail which was very overwhelming. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE!!!!!!!! Took an f250 here for service, vibration and noise in front end. Told them probably something in drive shaft or differential. Was charged $150 to just look at it and diagnose the issue. (which was known b4 work started) That was fine. Finally on the fourth day that the truck sat there, they did the diagnosis.
