I do NOT recommend! When buying the car it was a pain to deal with asking for my wife’s pay stubs that we did not need. After knowing they already said I was approved. Then after arguing with sales telling them I didn’t want the car finally they came back before I left and said it was okay. I just shrugged that off. I called yesterday in regards to a car I was interested in driving and scheduled a test drive at 10 am the next morning (today.) I was told the car was still available and had continuing correspondence with the sales up until the around an hour to the scheduled test drive. I was coming from Oshkosh just to look at this car. RecommendedAs with many people we are always skeptical about any dealership but I'm glad we were able to connect with Keri Johnson as she was awesome in our whole buying experience. We absolutely love our 2017 Ford Explorer Sport even though we had to take it back for some minor fixing right away but Braeger Ford has been taking care of us and are fixing everything! Went in to look at a vehicle, it was sold... I left and they called me to look at a vehicle they had just received as trade. I stopped to look at vehicle, couldn’t drive it cause it didn’t go through inspection. Vehicle was not terrible, but had a ton of rust. In my price range, I wasn’t expecting a perfect vehicle.
