In all my years of buying cars this was thee best experience i have had..I am in the Air Force stationed in Louisiana...long story short I was comming home for holidays and literally purchases this vehicle after having a family member look at it from them without even stepping foot in Wisconsin or dealership. They were not only professional but very helpful with everything. The sales person Ryan Heine and Breager finance team exceeded my expectations and because of them I got a great deal and a super great APR. Very pleased.

Horrible experienced! Salesman was deceiving over the phone, came to look at an '08 Outback and when I got there the body was in bad shape and two CV Boots were split (would have had to replace entire front axle!) ...he said all was "great shape" before I got there. So I asked if it could be seen by a body shop in Waukesha and he agreed to meet me there at a specific time the next day - guess what?! DIDN'T SHOW UP. Waste of my time and usual car sales ethic... DO NOT SHOP HERE! Btw, salesman name was Dale, watch out for him!

Refused to move off their [ asking] price.The low-ball value they put on my trade in was insulting.Lots of other dealers out there.Just walk.

I'm assuming that when you referred to our asking price you are referring to our online sales price we price our inventory extremely aggressive knowing that there is an immense amount of competition in the market place and secondly to offer the consumer the best value right from the get go to eliminate back and forth negotiations which makes the car buying experience more stressful for the consumer as well as the dealership. ... read more
