Stopped by this morning to look at glasses. Arrived at 9:00, the advertised opening time. Staff was friendly and advised they would be with us in a moment, because they had just opened and had to get ready for the day. 35 minutes later, no one had assisted us. Two staff behind the counter talking about family, kids, thanksgiving, wanting a new coffee pot, how one of them was a tomboy growing up playing games with their dad, laughing and having a really good time.
