My husband took our truck though Wednesday. It was clearly damaged by the brushes. I’ve never seen anything like it. The damage has the whorls of the car wash brush. We’ve left a message, no response, no one answers the phone. Note good reviews are pretty old. Customer’s cannot post; don’t risk damage to your vehicle at this place.
Rude and confrontational. Employee got into an argument with customer outside over using a vacuum even though they had a card to pay. Will not go back.
Extremely terrible customer service! Won’t be coming back here ever again...
It was my first time here at Brad’s, I move back to Indy a little over year ago and I love the snow the only thing I don’t like is how dirty it gets my vehicle LOL thank you Brad’s

These people are EXTREMELY unprofessional. They are under new management and don’t know what they are doing. DON’T go there!
I was just stuck inside the car wash no one apologized or anything I am canceling my monthly plan and they double charged my credit card a few weeks ago as well.
Have been using this car wash since it opened.. today after washing my car stopped to use vacuum and swept up my flash drive!!! Stopped by the office and was told maintenance man would check vacuum in am and call me. He did!!! Thank you Tim!!!!!
