I won’t be returning. Purchased a gift card 2 weeks before they exploded. Went there today trying to use it and now say they aren’t accepting old gift cards and aren’t honoring them. That is flat out stealing peoples money. 100 dollars down the drain.

I have always had great business with Brad’s, great wash, free vacuums with the wash. A few days ago, the wash missed my door and so I drove back up the next day and was informed that since I left the lot, I couldn’t get a rewash even though the wash happened in the evening and couldn’t see it at the time. I contact Brad’s through Facebook and I am VERY happy to report that have made things right and I will continue washing my vehicle(s) there. Thanks for great customer service!! 👍🏼👍🏼
WHY GO TO CREW? Brad's is just as good AND? FREE use of thier vacuums! Not to mention there is plenty of room if you want to hand dry your vehicle!
