Went to Dr. Matthew for second opinion on work done by a previous dentist. I was in significant pain my first visit. Office was immaculate, front desk staff were very welcoming. I was given a tour of facility and introduced to the staff. I was very nervous due to a fear of dental work. Dr. Matthew set me at ease. He showed me the problems using digital pictures and flat screen monitors, discussed with me and recommended solutions. Excellent chair-side manner. Best I have had. I've been going to Dr. Matthew for a few years, but this was my first visit to his new office. I am very pleased with the new office. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My experience with the digital x-rays and routine cleaning was the best I've ever had. I normally struggle with a bad gag reflex, but did not have a single problem throughout the entire visit. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist (super-sensitive teeth, highly resistant to anaesthetic), but I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Dr. Matthew. He listened to my concerns and rather than take the chance that I would feel the procedures, he patiently waited for my teeth to become numb. Once it was safe to proceed, he was fast and efficient and swapped out my cracked silver fillings for invisible ivory onlays. I can't even tell which teeth he fixed! Dr. Matthew has state of the art dental offices. Found the offices to be very clean, modern and visually pleasing. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. He had very good chair-side manners. He performed the checkup with little to no discomfort and did a great job of explaining what he would be doing and why.
Having recently moved to California, I needed to find a new dentist. One of my co-workers recommended Dr. Matthew. I was really happy with my experience. The office staff was very professional and friendly. The office was very clean and well-equipped. Dr. Matthew took time to explain what my treatment options were - I didn't feel like he was rushing to get to his next patient. He really made my transition to a new dentist a very pleasant one. Hi, my name is Catherine. I am 11 years old. I was afraid to go to the dentist at first but, Dr. Matthew made the dentist less scary. He even let me have a prize at the end for being such a patient patient. He even got my younger brother Johnny to get over his fear of the dentist. Johnny actually stayed still in the chair. He didn't even complain. And they even took pictures of my sister Brianna's teeth and put it on the big television screen. I'm never going to be afraid of the dentist again because of Dr. Matthew.
I am not he kind of person who writes "reviews" - I do not look forward to dental appointments, and I admit I put them off even though I know it's good for me. So a colleague of mine suggested Dr Matthew and I went. I am happy to say that even though I didn't want to, I actually kind of enjoyed the experience. I was warmly greeted by the staff, the office is clean and very high-tech. I was treated well and now I highly recommend Dr Matthew to all my friends.
