Dr Jaquith has been very professional & does an excellent job with his surgery.

He is a very caring pleasant person he tells you the truth and explains everything to you
This is the second time I have used Dr. Jaquith. The first time I tore my right rotator cuff. The surgery went great and the PT was tough and a year later I feel my shoulder is back to 100%. Now my left shoulder is having issues, but I feel very confident that I will receive the best care once again. Also, the staff really stands out as well.
