staff is very poor.. They were supposed to bill my insurance.. I've called they 3 times about it.. They keep saying they did but my insurance says that they didn't..Now my husband blood pressure med our up.. called to get it refilled they said we had to have appointment .. made one and he gets there and the said he couldn't see the doctor because he owes a bill.. lesst than 150.00.. he pay 75.00 and they told him to pay in full and he can see a doctor.. no blood pressures med... FIND SOME ELSE TO GO SEE>>>>>>
If I could rate 0 out of 5 I would. Currently waiting in the lobby. My husband's appointment was over an hour ago. Not happy watching seven people go before us, when they arrived 45 minutes after us. Extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Bradley's office.
