I am a new patient, and dont know if that was the reason I had to wait for 50 minutes before being called in. After the initial exam, I was taken to another room and had to wait another 15 minutes for the doctor to come in. By the way, I had made the appointment with Dr. Sandler, but I was seen by Dr. Ho (who was very nice, but was neither the one I had been recommended nor the one I had made the appointment with).This all happened at the Vacaville office.
