Dr's don't realize that the first impression that people get of their practices are of the people who answer the phones at their offices. The folks at the front desk can make or break them. I went to see a Dr Bradley Fink associated with Nazareth about my knee. I go there and the person at the front desk told me I did not have an appointment listed. Thank you so much for your highly professional and quick help to my mother. Doctor Fink have been treating her arthritis for the last year, and he’s treating her now for a broken arm. Special thanks to all the nurses and employees in the office.
My grandmother had to get a full knee replacement. He is amazing, very detailed, and great with follow up.
I had a nasty accident on a scooter. My wrist was crushed and required immediate surgery. Dr. Fink performed my surgery the very next morning. My name is Scott Ferguson. I was involved in an incident with my right knee and I went to see Dr Fink and his staff and we discussed how we could handle the problem with my knee. I recently had a total knee replacement and if it wasn’t for Dr Fink doing an awesome job I don’t know where or what I would’ve done, in my own words, Dr Fink and his surgical staff save my life.
