I don't reccomend coming here unless you are prepared to sit at least an hour. Today I've sat two hours past the scheduled appointment time. It would be a decent doctors office if we didn't have to wait at least an hour every time.
Treat employees better. How could you think it is okay to force employees back to work during a pandemic, putting them in danger of sickness or death AND cut their pay????????? Shame on you!
I will never again go to this place my daughter had a appointment for a abscess in her gum waiting 30 mins for a medical assistant to tell us he’s refusing care and I needed to go to another dentist which at this time is closed until middle of April I then proceeded to tell them this and they told me I suggest you go to urgent care all while urgent care is not a dentist and they told me she needed to see a dentist
been here since 2:30 and they keep seeing other patients in front of me. horrible service

my wife is a dental assistant at dental dreams. Unfortunately she had to call out this morning because my daughter is sick. the manager texted her back and said you cant call out you need to report to work on time today. my wife has accrued plenty of sick time to use and she entitled by law to use her sick time as needed. Massachusetts law says an employer can request a doctors note if you are out for more than 3 consecutive days. this is her first day out and the boss told her she needs to bring a note tomorrow for calling ... read more
Great place to go if you wanna wait an hour past appointment time and have no information about when your going to be seen. And then when asked they say another 5-6 minutes and then you wait another 10. I finally just told them to cancel I'll go else where. If your running behind let people know and give them an option to reschedule at least just don't leave them sitting there .
One of the worse experiences of my life. I come here so I can be serviced properly but it feels like this branch practice ill will against those customers. Not only that you can hear the manager mistreating her employees like their children on the 1st grade, I truly do not know or can is we how this dental service will sutian with them operating like the New York Knicks or the Cleveland Browns a complete dumpster fire. This my last time ever coming here and will let everyone know to never step foot in their dental office
