2 and a half hour wait with an appointment. door says walk ins welcome?! then refusal to save tooth only option offered extraction. Left looking like elephant man. hour drive home. never will I step foot in this place again!! Dentist looked like he was waiting on a flight to the Bahamas or vacation. 3 buttons down on a shirt is for a bar not a professional medical doctor.
Made an appointment for two of my kids they only had one scheduled said the other had to be seen as a walk in he's 5 you think we should be here all night because someone can't make an appointment right

I hate bradley dental they suck my appointment was at 4:00 and im still here!!!! Everyone that I came before they all have been in and out.
Went to Bradley Dental to get two teeth pulled out. You might have to wait awhile if you don't have an appointment, but it is sure worth it. Both the dentist, Dr. Latif and the assistant were so nice and cared about how much pain I was in. I've had teeth pulled before, but these people are the best. They explained everything up front before they did it and except for one prick of the needle in the roof of my mouth, it was painless. They have lost a paying patient. Waited for 4-5 months for them to send a pre-authorization to my insurance company. Every time I called the insurance company, they hadn't received anything . Called Bradley Dental several times asking to resubmit it. Gave up and found a better dentist. Aspen Dental. In the course of a month all work done. Good bye Bradley Dental. The dentist was nice, but the staff sucks.
