Last week I was here and waited an hour to be seen. So I tried a 9am appt with my son this week. There were 7 people waiting outside who also had 9am appts. I waited again for an hour for them to tell me they don’t take my sons insurance. I asked the office management about my sons insurance at my last visit and they said it was accepted. This has got to be the worse dental office ever. Very disorganized. I will not be returning

We waited for 2 hours and the appointment took 2 hours. This is poorly managed!
They have no customer service. They change up policies and you don't know until you try to make an appointment. They refused to see me unless I had children!!!! NEVER going back there again!!!! I even offered to pay out of pocket and they still wouldn't set me an appointment!!!!
These people have had my dentures for over 3 months and refuse to give me my property.
I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I was not told that I needed a negative covid result because I am a healthcare worker until I got to my appointment. After I was able to get a negative result faxed over i waited another 30 minutes just to he told that my result was not recent enough. It was done in Mid April. This is the worst service i have ever received. They were aware of my profession when i made the appointment and still never contacted me to tell me how recent of a test I needed. Horrible! Waited 2 hours for my mom and dad to be seen. Still waiting. I don’t care that the covid is affecting how dentists practice, not any of my other doctor or dental appointments took this long!!!! Find another dentist to use, this place is a joke. Get it together with scheduling dental dreams because this is nothing but a nightmare!!!!
