Impatient with kids with disabilities. Dont seem to be willing to even try to make it easier on a child with physical limitations. Not accommodating to special needs. Refused to give me his medical records for 2 weeks because " The main owner of the national chain" had to review all tests before released? We needed the records to take to U of M and even signed for them and they refused to give them to me. They had trouble keeping their story straight.
Simply awful. I have *great* teeth, and never had a cavity. Well 3 years ago, I fell onto hard times, and had to see a dentist my insurance would pay for. I was feeling some tooth pain, and tried Dental Dreams. Well the DD *dentist* found 3 cavities. I didn’t get them filled, an instead called my brother. He loaned me some money, and I went to see a good dentist. I mentioned what Dental Dreams said they found, and the dentist checked my teeth. No cavities were found. they canceled my appointment 3 time in a row..when I ask for a supervisor or manager there's no one to talk to ..the Receptionists are lost with out a clue ...very disappointing

I needed some dental work done. They fiilled one of my cavities. It hurt for a month. I was told I needed to prepay for the next procedure. I paid $480.00 out of pocket. They closed the office due to covid. I called the office to get a refund. They said I would get the check in two weeks. Three weeks later no check. I called the office again. They do good work but It takes forever to be seen. I’ve been here 4 times and had to wait an hour or longer after the time my appointment was set to be seen. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The dentist is so unprofessional and has no chair side manners. Tried to pull a tooth that wasn’t numb then tells me I’m uncooperative and over emotional!!! HE TRIED TO PULL OUT MY TOOTH THAT WASNT NUMB!!! This guy is a joke and shouldn’t be a dentist
