Office looks new and clean, staff was friendly and my kids had fun playing in the play area. My son is afraid of dentists and they tried to get him to calm down as much as they could.

Do yourself a tremendous favor and Just stay far away from this place.
Let's just say I contacted Illinois Attorney Generals office and hired a dental malpractice attorney. I don't want to place it all on the actual dentists, but more on the staff they've hired. Beyond unprofessional. It's proven they take advantage of the disabled, ebonix should never be heard in the medical field, and if I get my way, this practice will be shut down. Stay away! They don't care about you. They care about the money they will receive from you. Especially if you're disabled. Ps..they accept medicare and medicaid ... read more
The worst fucking place. The receptionist are the worst. They need to fired all of them. I waited 4 hours for a 10 minute check up. And on top of that every walk-in that came in after me was seen before me.
Fuck this horrible place. The Doctor is nice, the dental techs are knowledgeable, but the office staff is the rudest and slowest bunch of assholes I've ever seen in a professional environment. Will never go here again, solely due to the incompetence and attitude of the office staff.
